My son recently recommended his dentist at Raytown Smile Care because I currently have no dental insurance and was in urgent need of treatment. I'm so glad he did. From the time we spoke with Camerina to make the appointment, I felt like this place was special, and I was actually looking forward to meeting them. I haven’t been to Smile in a while. I was really disappointed. The manager that scheduled my appointment failed to tell me that she needed my insurance prior to my arrival. Before being seen I was ask to pay $135 because my insurance had not been ran. That was not my fault for the manger not doing her job completely. I decided not to be seen today.
