I had a routine cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Norma, the office manager, is exceptional professional, warm, and truly attentive. The whole staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They offered water and small thoughtful touches throughout the visit, and after my cleaning they gave me a warm face towel with a relaxing eucalyptus-citrus scent that felt luxurious. Clean, efficient, and genuinely caring highly recommend this practice!
The staff was excellent and I feel the care I received was good. However, I'm deducting a star because they didn't seem very organized. I had an 8:10 appointment and the staff were having an employee meeting talking about non-work things until about 8:20 with other patients waiting in the waiting room. I had to wait about 40 minutes between my inspection and my cleaning and they didn't disclose that a cleaning was a separate price from the xray and inspection until after the inspection, even though I booked a cleaning. I had a great experience at Smile Forever Atlanta! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming they made the check-in process super easy. Erica was fantastic, very professional and caring throughout my visit. And Dr. Patel is truly great, thorough, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The whole team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend
Love, love Dr Patel and the staff! They literally saved me. I broke my tooth in half Friday afternoon, they made space for me Monday first thing. He did an excellent job, I am so happy!
