8/18/25 Had to go inside this location because they wasnt answering the phone all I got was oh im sorry but there was no one behind the main desk from a Vivian if im not mistaken. Well anywho, me being a power of attorney for my mother, she gave me her carecredit card so I could have use it. Well today i I told the manager Vivian I was going to be using my mother card to cover for my bf periodontal cleaning and she then tells me I couldn't do that unless she was to sign off. Saturday at the dentist 🦷 ! YES!! The twins had their visit scheduled today because I work all week, Monday through Friday, so this is a definite yes for me!! I just want to say that Dr.Smith is the most caring dentist I’ve ever come across, I am going through financial issues right now & he heard me out but he also found out my husband is in the army. He understood what it’s like from a military perspective & didn’t judge me or our situation once. He helped me out from the kindness of his own heart when he didn’t need to, I wish nothing but blessings for him & his wonderful staff because they deserve it. Dr. Maria Gutierrez & Assistant Ms. Keisha both did a fantastic job. They put me at ease for an extraction. Dr. G has a sweet soothing singing voice which comforts & reassures you are in good hands. Thk u both for your professionalism and a job well done.
I had a crown prep. The staff was superb. My dentist and nurse were competent and professional. My nurse fitted my temporary crown so well that it fits perfectly. I’m very impressed!!!
