This place is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. They really listen and make you feel comfortable. They redid my crowns that another dentist did a very bad job on and they did a deep cleaning. I highly recommend them. Did I mention I drove 3 hours just to see them because I didn't trust other dentists that I looked up. Worth every penny and worth the drive.
The detail in every aspect of this office was amazing. From the moment I walked in and was warmly greeted, to the knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions and explained everything about my visit in detail, left me feeling comfortable and confident about choosing them to be my permanent dental providers moving forward! So appreciate Dr McElroy and his office for squeezing me in for an emergency appt. I was in such pain, they always accommodate loyal patients which is why Dr Mac has been our family dentist for over 16 years and despite our move 45 minutes away. Grateful for his kind, thorough and professional approach!
BEWARE non-disclosure of cost prior to wisdom teeth removal. $2,500 to get wisdom teeth removed - $700 more than initial quite. My almost 19 year old son attended the wisdom teeth prep appointment prior to the day of surgery and came home with all the info on pre-op and I thought we were good to go. After the surgery, I was completely shocked the cost was approximately $700 more because my insurance had changed. I just recently came back to the office after moving back to the area. It’s nice to see they still keep the same great habits Very inviting and clean dental office. Staff is extremely friendly. They are also extremely thorough. My focus is preventive care and the have the latest technology to help me achieve this. Can’t recommend Dr Mac and his team enough. Thank you for your care
