I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Blankenship for working me in with a same-day appointment on a Friday before the 4th of July holiday! I ended up losing a very large filling from a molar first thing that morning and my dentist was closed. Dr. B was able to repair the tooth and place a temporary crown. I normally don’t leave reviews, but people need to know what kind of experience they might be walking into here. This was honestly the worst dental visit I’ve ever had. I filled out my insurance information ahead of time and even called it in, yet when I arrived they somehow didn’t have it. My appointment was at 2:00 PM and I wasn’t seen until about 30 minutes later. I specifically came in because two teeth on the right side were hurting. Huge shout out to Patrick for being incredibly patient and taking the time to clearly explain the entire process. The MA was very accommodating and walked me through every step, which made me feel comfortable. The surgeon was also very patient and encouraging throughout the visit. Because of this amazing team, all the trauma I had from past dental procedures was completely wiped away after just this one visit. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism!
Worst experience today. I had scheduled my appointment two months in advance, and it was confirmed again a week before my visit. Despite that, I waited for over 40 minutes without being seen. During my wait, they kept taking in new patients, saying they were emergencies. I understand that emergencies can happen, but I don’t understand why patients with confirmed appointments had to wait so long without any communication.
