Such a great experience from start to finish! The entire office is warm, welcoming, and professional, you can tell they truly care about their patients. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone was kind and attentive. Nicole, my hygienist, was amazing! Every single person at this dental office (front desk, hygienist, and dentist) is so genuine, personable, and kind. This is the best place I have ever been to, and I will never go anywhere else! I was told by a previous dentist that I needed a root canal (and I have been terrified of the dentist from previous experiences), but the dentist here told me I only needed fillings. I searched a lot of places to have my root canal done and I stumbled upon this Gem! Fast appointments, through explanation, and affordable. I highly recommend!
Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I had a hard time finding the office, and I was patiently talked through getting there. Although the office has a Preston address, it faces Gaylord.
Nicely equipped dental office. Everyone was friendly helpful and informative. Very clean. They use blue tabs in the water to purify and makes the water taste funny. Dentist has music during procedures and was even singing. Fun. The dental assistant was very attentive reassuring and calming during the procedure and made the procedure much nicer. Dr Dan is very responsive and helpful. Cleanings and check ups are not necessarily at the same time, make sure to specifically check. Overall the experience here has been excellent.
