In the beginning, I wanted to find a suitable pediatric dentist for my son. After visiting four different dental practices, I chose Smileville. My son and I have been going there for the past 15 years. The staff there are professional, friendly and helpful. The felicity is wonderful. The doctors have good “bedside manners.” Highly recommend

From the receptionists to assisting hygienist staff, and most importantly the dentists, this is the smoothest operation that a patient could ask for. I do not know the name of the person that I spoke to, but it was one of the e schedulers. I called to cancel an appoint with only 24 hours notice, outside of the 48 hr window that I received several text messages stating this. The way she handled it was touching. I lost a loved one last night and have to travel today. I stated that there was a death in the family, and she quickly said just call us back when I am ready to reschedule.
