They are great builders. It was an easy experience! The build went very well. We noticed it in our utility and electric bills. We spent about the same amount on electricity in our previous home as we do on our new home's utilities and electricity.
Overall we are very happy with our Smith Douglas house. We were very impressed throughout the process by the construction Manager (Stan). He was on top of everything and reduced our stress a lot. We would highly recommend Smith Douglas (especially The Stiles) to anyone.
