I've been in my home for a month. So far I've been very happy with the quality of the workmanship. I've found the people working on this particular development to be very professional, responsive to questions and easy to work with. The construction managers on both walk throughs spent a considerable amount of time answering questions and covering details. There were some delays but I anticipated that due to Covid and supply chain issues. But I always had access to building status through the website.
Just had my 2nd SDH home built, love it
There have been a number of issues with the construction of the home. Crosser Callaway has been wonderful at addressing them, but it makes me feel a little nervous about any problems that might arise in the future.
Overall it was a great experience with Smith Douglas.
Smith Douglas gave me what was promised. I would definitely recommend them to others who in search of a new home.
The building process was seamless.
Laura and Brad were great to work with and always kept in contact.
