Build quality and value are hard to beat at this price.
4 stars is specifically for the way the landscaping/yard was left. Both Patti (Sales Agent) and Cory (Builder) were great to work with and we believe they did everything they could to help along the way. We are saddened that Smith Douglas didn’t spend a little bit more money to take back the yard and put in a retaining wall so that we could have a decent yard to enjoy.
