The build quality of the house is excellent and the time frame of when the project was to be completed was right on time!
I would recommend S&D but will caution anyone to make sure every crew working on your house is doing there job right the first time. I’d tell them to stay consistent with keeping up with the progress on your home so you can correct any errors before they tell you, “ it’s nothing we can do now”.
I would definitely recommend! Sunday Dunn was a pleasure to work with. She made my first time purchasing a home a wonderful experience. She made herself available for any and all questions and went above and beyond!
