We have had a great experience with Smith Douglas Homes and would definitely recommend others to check them out! We love the floor plan, and it feels like quality work. The communication was excellent, the employees were top notch, and we felt that the whole process went so smoothly all the way through to the end. We have been very happy with our home!
We love our house and were content throughout most of the buying process. The house is well built, and it was easy to communicate to our sales rep. Smith Douglas overall did an awesome job on many things in our new home! We were specifically impressed with the grading. Our old home had standing water for a week after it rained.
