Overall we are very happy with our Smith Douglas house. We were very impressed throughout the process by the construction Manager (Stan). He was on top of everything and reduced our stress a lot. We would highly recommend Smith Douglas (especially The Stiles) to anyone.
After we did the final walkthrough, we noticed a lot of imperfections in the drywall, such as holes and touch-up paint. Shortly after assessing the issue, we saw that there were holes in the ceiling and walls.
Smith Douglas has been an amazing builder to work with! The team at Stratford Station exceeded my expectations. As a realtor myself, it’s refreshing to work with a builder who truly cares about their customers and their satisfaction with their home. This is my first personal home purchase, & my husband and I could not be more thrilled with our home and happy with our experience from start to finish, & now even after!
The process was smooth and we were kept up to date through every step.
