Working with Mike has been great, however, communication from the front office left a lot to be desired. There was also an issue with the first builder that was working on our house, drywall was installed when construction was supposed to be haulted. That builder was removed from the project.
Sales team do a great job. Most developments are in very good locations, which will keep or add value to your investment. Not all models available in all locations. Definitely must go with some upgrades which will increase the price. Since you are going to be in a waiting list, you wont know the location of your home until its your turn, and there will be restrictions on the model you can select.
