The construction process was pretty smooth from start to finish. Paul and Bobby were very nice and kept me updated throughout the process. A few issues were noticed after moving in, but the Smith Douglas team has done a good job addressing those issues.
Kenny and Jim worked with us, our realtor and inspector. Truly professional. Worked with us as a team including Connie and Beltrami Law Firm. Everything was explained and reviewed in language we could understand. We are enjoying our retirement thanks to all! Gene and Donna Jersha
