Home well build in superior quality.
Quality and value are excellent. The staff that we worked with has been great.
Some upgrades should be standard package to maintain aesthetics of community, such as painting garage walls and window blinds.

We have lived in our new community, Morgan Meadows almost 3 months now and we highly recommend this builder. The Morgan Meadows community offers gas appliances, hardy plank siding (not the typical vinyl like others) and the location is unbeatable. The floor plan we chose offers the most value compared to other communities and builders we visited and the entire buying process was easy.
