Everything has been great. We got a newly constructed house, and it's been great. However, there are some issues with the house that we have listed on the warranty requests that we are still waiting to get resolved after a month. The main issue we are having is with our laundry room door because it seems to be uneven. I have asked them multiple times to fix the problem. Although the issue is minor, the principle still matters because we just moved into this home.
I would recommend my friends to buy Smith Douglas Homes- Nashville. In fact I have already recommended them and one of them have started seeing our site for home purchase.

Between the sales agent Paul, and the Construction Manager, Bobby, I had an awesome experience! Both were knowledgeable, prompt and went out of their way to answer any questions. Bobby even helped me hook up my fridge.
