Good quality, built in very timely manner, good communication, reasonably priced
I believe during the time I was purchasing a home the market dictated a customer service experience that was not what it should be. I do believe with the change in the market the customer service experience will be different and what you advertise will be available to the homebuyer.
The contractors obviously valued speed over quality.
We have recommended Smith Douglas to many friends but due to unfortunate events like interest rates and inflation it is out for their budget.
