The process was very smooth, and I am beyond pleased with my new home.
Overall, I was impressed with the build quality of the house and the whole process from Smith Douglas Homes - Raleigh. The only reason I took a star off of my rating was because there are some issues with the house, like the drywall. There are spots in the drywall where it looks like it wasn't done correctly with the seams on the panels being raised, which you can see with the light and at certain angles.
