Overall process was smooth except walkthroughs (had to do it in rush).
My experience with Smith Douglas really exceeded my expectations! Everyone we encountered was so helpful through the process of my husband and I building our home.
The reason it wouldn't be five stars is because of the times and it being hard to get materials. It has been hard to do the warranty thing.
