SD builds a beautiful modern home. Involves buyer during the process. Builders and reps are approachable and accessible. Marvelous care given to make sure buyers are completely satisfied with their new homes. You are not abandoned after closing.

I believe during the time I was purchasing a home the market dictated a customer service experience that was not what it should be. I do believe with the change in the market the customer service experience will be different and what you advertise will be available to the homebuyer.
