While the house seems to be well built, I was VERY disappointed to find out that there was only one telephone Jack in the house and that it was not wired for the internet.
All of our experience through the sales agent, to the builders, and the subcontractors did an amazing job.
They are very professional. Julie Budden was the agent we dealt with, and she was very good. They did a great job at communicating and the quality of the hoe was phenomenal. I would recommend Smith Douglas Homes in Georgia and Alabama. I worked with them building my home and I have also helped other people build their homes through them.
