They may not be able to compete with a true custom builder for detail work, but it seems worth the money. They have been very easy to work with also.
I've had a few issues, as far as some of the communication I had with the plumber, my recirculation pump, and my grass did die. They did replace some of it. I did have to go out and buy my own grass and try to replace it myself.The cabinet person, I'm pretty upset with. My cabinet is right about my fridge, and the doors are not centered. They were supposed to deliver a new drawer. They told me it would and that hasn't happened yet. I don't know what's going on with that. It's been a while.
