Do not buy a home from Smith Douglas. From start to finish, it is a nightmare. It is not worth the money you pay, and they do not honor their contract.
I was delayed 6 months from original date. James was the only employee with SDH that kept us from backing out due to the poor service and communication.
The quality of the home is not on par with what we excepted . There has been two water leakage in our home in one month . The first one was fixed but the damage wood was not replaced, but just painted. The appliance they picked was also bad quality, the dishwasher was not working
If I go back and buy it again definitely no !

Everyday that I have stayed in my home I have came across an issue. Simple thing that you would think would be noticed. There were many promised made as far as these issues being fixed or resolved. Yet no attempt has been made to fix them. My windows will not lock or latch and none of them have a screen there are massive whole that was not finished or covered in any way.
