Overall, it was a stressful process, and I'm still going through some issues. I think the quality of the home is questionable.

Attention to detail is not evident.
Nothing was fixed when we did the walkthrough. They said they would fix it, but never came by to fix it. The contractors left their trash in our attic and in small spaces throughout the house. The customer service of the Katy in the front office was very rude, and she acted like she did not care at all.

Would never recommend. Horrible experience. If someone from headquarters wants to cone to my property you may call 3608840296. Horrible treatment by Drake estate’s management. As a service member I would never recommend SDH. Thank you
The communication was poor, and the quality of the home is not the best, it is not up to par.
We have issues with home even before you guys handover the home to me, which i was not aware of it until i get the power bill. I called the warranty people, they came 2 times but nothing fixed yet. Still seeing the power bill monthly 500 dollars. I am struggling to pay the bills. So stupid all these
