The selling agent and the construction guys were great but there have been several issues with my new townhome. The locks had to be replaced the day after closing because the keys didn’t work. There was paint on most of the floors that took hours to get up. The latch on the master bathroom toilet door were put on backwards. The floor in the master bathroom creaks loudly every time you walk across the floor.
Salespeople need to be trained on how to deal with people.
I am very happy with my house.

Our answer, positively, or negatively depends on the resolution of the incorrectly installed dining room light, Right now, the project manager says it is a warranty issue. The warranty person says it is a construction issue, but since we didn't notice it until the furniture (dining table) was moved in December 19th, the construction project manager says it is a warranty issue. They are both pointing the finger toward the other person and neither one will take responsibility..
We were told incorrect information throughout the build. As closing approached and the landscaping and side yard clearing was not done we were given a letter by Smith Douglas at closing that it would be complete within seven days of our closing (October 27th). It is now January 13 and we have construction debris, unremoved brush, sod that was never rolled, and other items promised (and legally contracted to fulfill).
