Poor communication.
I would say I'm dissatisfied with the whole experience, I also left a detailed review with the closing attorney, so if anyone wants to know anything about my review just check with the closing attorney, & I would very much like to talk with the person who owns the company. I also have written a letter to my regional manager of Alabama and if they have any questions they can call me and I would be more than happy to talk with them.
This company installed the wrong counter tops then tried to make us settle for the wrong one installed, they installed the wrong floors which pushed out my “blue tape” session. The tub was gouged when we moved in and they won’t replace it. None of the keys worked for the locks after we closed. I had to come the day of closing and walk the house a final time after previously walking it 3 separate times to ensure the repairs and cosmetic touch ups were done correctly. The quality of the workmanship is subpar. No one was their to make sure the work was done properly.
