The drainage system is real bad. The land is not leveled. I have water sitting in the drain in the front of my house. It is starting to smell and there are mosquitos. They didn't cut anything down. There is brush and trees all around my house. I don't know where the house numbers came from. I am 213 and next to me is 129. My sales agent was very rude. Told me things that were not true. She made fun of public service workers. I would never buy a home from her again. Her name is Brooke.

This is response from the agent: The Babcock’s home has had issues with leaks occurring in the basement from two primary sources. A deck leak at the back of the home and a wall leak at the front of the home. The deck leak was thought to be corrected twice before it was finally resolved and the wall leak was recently discovered and appears resolved. There is many imperfections in the home. The walls are uneven. Nails popping up from carpets. Toilets flood and sometimes do not flush. We paid for upgraded paint and there were many patches at move in. Paint on tub, sinks, baseboards. Caulking missing around showers and sinks in many areas. Scratches on Quartz counter tops. Way too cookie-cutter builder, with obvious design flaws that could have been corrected easily early in the process, but area manager giving what sounded like scripted responses that nothing could be done--would not recommend this company to anyone unless they were much more aware of how things are done with this company.
