Too many obvious flaws that were overlooked or not addressed. As of today, I would not recommend a Smith Douglas home, which is unfortunate because I really love my home.

It was a very bad experience overall. I went through three sales people and 2-3 project managers. They have a high turnover rate. The projected closing was July 2021 and I closed March 2022.
