There were some things that needed to be taken care of, but they told me that is just how they do things. I am paying a lot of money for my house, so I would like for it to be built with quality workmanship.
I would recommend Smith Douglas solely on the fact of the attentiveness we received from Bentley. He was genuinely concerned with our transition into our new home. Narda, on the other hand, was dismissive with little knowledge and made us feel insignificant during our purchase. I would definitely recommend Smith Douglas to a young first time homebuyer.
