Thank you to Michelle and Eric for working hard to do some wheelchair accommodations for me and our new house. We understand it is not normal to do that, and we highly appreciate the thoughtfulness and flexibility to make this house work for my wheelchair needs!

I am very likely to recommend SDH to everyone. I've had a really great experience; I love my home and I'm happy that we worked with Sherry Richardson. She ensured we got the home we desired and that the process went smoothly. You can tell, she genuinely enjoys her job and wants to be of assistanct.
I most definitely will recommend. It was awesome watching this whole project from start to finish and all the steps involved. Everyone that had a part of the process made it all come together perfectly.
So far, we are pleased with the quality of our first home. Smith Douglas Homes was wonderful. We are really happy with their followup and all the information provided.
The items found on the walk through were remediated quickly. I thought that was fantastic.
