I closed on my new Smith Douglas home 1 month ago and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Before making the choice to purchase a Smith Douglas house, I met with a few other local builders. The competition has nice homes but the quality was subpar with a higher price tag. Loved the whole experience from design and floor plans, to being able to follow along with the punchlist online.
I will recommend, with a few exceptions associated with the quality of work.
We would highly recommend Smith Douglas Homes to anyone considering to build a new home.
They build spacious houses and I love my house!
