We had specific needs for our home and Smith Douglas was able to meet those needs at a price we could afford. They finished our home ahead of schedule and it actually appraised for significantly higher than contract price. Instant Equity!
Peggy and Richard were awesome to deal with. They did a heck of a job. They communicated well. Everything that was asked for.
Based off of the experience that I had the quality good. The supervisor was very helpful with everything.
Although I appreciate Smith Douglas providing beautiful affordable homes. The quality wasn’t provided for me.
Nice homes but could slow down on the building process to be more thorough with customers. It’s not a race.
