Private comment on #1: Smith Douglas Homes are great. The salespeople were amazing. Connie helped me out completely. In the process of the walkthrough and from 8/31 to 9/8, the construction manager could have done more. There were issues that have not been fixed. There are problems with the refrigerator. There are issues after the walkthrough that have not been addressed. I am in the building business. In the past, when I bought a home, it was immaculate all the way through. Every home buying process is long, but I was out of state when I did mine. With being able to get through that, I would recommend them. I'm sure it would have been even easier if I was nearby.
