Personally, we did not have any issues and everyone has been supportive through our process. As we have started to meet some neighbors, they have presented some frustration with their situations. If I were to recommend Smith Douglas, I would tell them about our positive but a few neighbors have had some frustration.
Smith Douglas Homes has been the most professional builder that I have worked with. I appreciated the ease of the process and the knowledge of the professional staff that I worked with to help me in the process.
The designs and details are beautiful. They respod quickly to homeowners when their are issues reported.
My concrete was cracked all over the place, and I still do not have the stucco repaired around the base of the house, although Dekota has made several calls to the contractor.
The rating is given for the contractors, not for sales.

I would recommend Smith Douglas homes if Marc Cannon wasn't the sales agent to deal with. He wasn't not very helpful in anything.
