Kathy Messina was awesome to work with! She was helpful throughout the entire process, updating us as things progressed and making sure we were taken care of. Will was great with making sure any structural concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
Fair value and quality at a great price
We can’t recommend Smith Douglas Homes enough. Not only was everything done beautifully, but for the spaces where we found the slightest discrepancies during the normal final walkthrough, our points of contact, namely Mike and Patrick, made sure all of the items were addressed before we moved in.
