We were well informed about the process and Smith Douglas was accommodating to our schedule for pre-drywall inspection and walk through. All minor findings from home inspection were appropriately addressed.
The quality of the builders is not what you expect. You have to make sure you inspect everything before your final inspection.

Smith Douglas provided everything to me in a timely manner and was always willing to go the extra step to make sure I felt comfortable with the process.
