I wanted to add some extra space to my home for friends and family. I looked at the SmithCo website and found a picture of a two-story casita with each of the two rooms opening out to a deck. I called and Charles came over and discussed the project with me. As soon as the septic was approved they started the project and were finished within about three months. SmithCo's employees were very professional and helpful. The work provided was excellent quality and I would definitely hire them again. They were able to handle every type of project I had: drywall, door replacements, roof repair and flooring.

Excellent service, communication, and quality of work for a very honest and fair price. Had entire interior of home painted, including trim and doors. Beautiful finished project in timeframe given with taking care to be sure all furniture was covered and protected. Special attention to the little details that matter. I hired Charles Smith Contractor to paint my house. I was really impressed .I had some anxiety not knowing what to do but Mr Smith made me feel comfortable and at ease. His crew also easy to talk to and professional . I would highly recommended Smith Contractor.
