First time at this dentist after a bad experience at a non pediatric office in Knoxville. Everyone was so great. The ladies doing the x rays explained all that was happening to my daughter as it was happening. This carried over to the gal who did her cleaning. They were all so sweet and cautious because she was so hesitant after her last experience. The team here was amazing. I have one autistic child and a younger son who is sensitive to sounds and the team was so kind and patient with them. They took the time to make them feel comfortable and work around their unique needs. I would highly recommend

Dr. Malone and her staff are always great! The one thing that consistently brings the experience down is the front staff. We have three kiddos and they only allow one parent back at a time. I understand the reason for one parent, but it can be quite a challenging task juggling three kids and trying to pay attention to the staff at the same time by oneself. Also, billing is never accurate and adjustments are made every time. Outside of this all is well.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I have a very nervous kiddo when it comes to dental work, and Dr. Malone was patient but got the job done. She did her best to help calm fears, and we walked out with a great experience.

Experience was as expected. We loved the attention to every detail. You can definitely ask and be heard with any doubt you have. Looking forward to future appointments.
