First time at this dentist after a bad experience at a non pediatric office in Knoxville. Everyone was so great. The ladies doing the x rays explained all that was happening to my daughter as it was happening. This carried over to the gal who did her cleaning. They were all so sweet and cautious because she was so hesitant after her last experience. Dr Malone was very nice and explained what she was going to do and showed my daughter each tool and explained what it did before she used it. I love that they have the screen for... read more

She would brush first and I would finish and go over everything she did. I was mortified that this women spoke to me in such a manner. Pretty bold of ... read more

The team here was amazing. I have one autistic child and a younger son who is sensitive to sounds and the team was so kind and patient with them. They took the time to make them feel comfortable and work around their unique needs. I would highly recommend

Dr. Malone and her staff are always great! The one thing that consistently brings the experience down is the front staff. We have three kiddos and they only allow one parent back at a time. I understand the reason for one parent, but it can be quite a challenging task juggling three kids and trying to pay attention to the staff at the same time by oneself. Also, billing is never accurate and adjustments are made every time. Outside of this all is well.
