We just picked up our two kitties, Charlie and Bella, from Smoky Mountain pet resort and we couldn’t be happier with their care and service! Charlie is a special-needs kitty that requires daily medication and a special feeding regimen. Jen and her staff were able to accommodate his needs and Jen kept me up-to-date on his status while I was out of town. I will be using Smoky Mountain pet resort every time I need to board one of my kitties. I highly recommend them without reservation!
Highly recommend Jen and the staff at SMPR! We've been taking our dogs there for daycare for several years and are very pleased with the care they receive. The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, but most importantly, they provide exceptional care to the animals staying with them.
