Taylor smoothed my hair for me and I love it! It’s been 3 months since treatment and it still looks great. I will be returning soon for a refresh. She also gave me a haircut that shaped my long layers and perfectly framed my face. She’s really easy to talk to and a sweetheart. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Easy to find parking. Great area of North Park, grab lunch and do a little shopping after the salon to show off your locks and have a “me” day:)
I’ve had so many bad hair salon experiences but Kaylie is one of a kind! She clearly loves her craft and takes really great care of your hair! If you’ve been thinking about getting this treatment just do it!
I moved here from NYC this year and needed someone I could really trust with my hair (super fine, prone to damage, and extremely frizzy). I’ve now had two keratin treatments with Kaylie, and she is absolutely incredible—so knowledgeable, passionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their dream hair. The salon itself is beautiful, and both of my treatments have delivered amazing results. You’re in excellent hands at Smoothed Salon!
Kaylie did such an amazing job with both my keratin treatment and haircut! She answered my many many questions and was very accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable with the treatment that I was getting before we selected one. She knows just the right treatment for your hair type. My hair came out SO smooth and with no frizz. The salon is also beautiful and open-air which is always a plus. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!
I’ve been meaning to write this review since my very first appointment, because honestly… this salon deserves every bit of praise. If you’re the girl (or guy!) with naturally curly hair that can feel unmanageable, unpredictable, or just in need of some real love and you want a place that honors your curls instead of trying to change them — this is it.
