Very disappointing experience. I started my project in April and was promised it would be done in three months — it’s now been eight months with no completion. Communication was extremely poor; many of my messages went unanswered unless I contacted them multiple times. I paid $16,697.99, yet the charges did not match what I was originally quoted. I was even told that if I didn’t pay an additional $7,000, I would be sent to collections. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Please watch out.
We placed an order for both a stock formula and a custom formula, and I was highly impressed with the quality SMP provides. From the premium labels and bottles to the purity of the ingredients and the well-designed 24-pack master cartons for easy handling and storage, every detail was carefully considered. Frank and his team managed my orders with exceptional efficiency. At BioWizdom, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with SMP and expanding our product portfolio together.
Over six months waiting on “in stock” products and still no delivery. Literally no communication, except when it comes to receiving money on their end. No chance of a refund. Terrible, terrible company. Stay far away, there are countless other private label manufacturers that actually do legitimate business - I feel SMP Nutra is not one of them.

I have been using SMP Nutra, and I can say they are a very great manufacturer. I have done my research amongst many manufacturers and they truly have the best prices in the industry. My representative Mike Tripodi is very responsive and is a friendly and informative representative. I had a hiccup with my first order and they rectified it professionally and fairly. I trust them and they do good business. Will continue using SMP.
