Excellent service from start to finish! I had to get a poster printed for a present, and something happened with the quality of the upload - within minutes, Senne was on the phone to let me know and talk through other solutions. She's an absolute angel and I can't thank her enough. Staff in-store were also lovely when I went to pick up my item the next day - got helped really quickly and one team-member was so helpful with picking out an appropriate frame as well (although, I'm so sorry, I didn't catch his name!)
A lovely lovely store with amazing staff! We came in to print a lot of wedding stationary and the store couldn't have done more to get it perfect for us. We worked largely with Joe and Anotony and both were an absolute pleasure, knowledgeable and really listened to the vision we had. But all of the staff were incredible and very helpful. We left it late and they worked to tight deadlines and produced great quality stuff. Would absolutely come again.
Wow, what a pleasant experience. George “Curious” Wells was nothing short of wonderful. His customer service is one of the many things I can’t fault. He was very kind, caring, considerate and made the printing of my photos very easy. Great service. I needed a passport photo and Phil was able to get me in right away, take my photo, pay, then had the 2 copies in my hand in under 10 minutes!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Mike (Northerner). I needed assistance with printing some photos, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. He explained how to use the machine, download the photos, and enhance their appearance. The printed photos turned out beautifully. Thank you, Mike!
