The gentleman, sorry don't know his name but he has a beard and glasses and a red Christmas shirt, is one of the most helpful people I have come across. Despite me not following the directions on the screen correctly, and he was clearly extremely busy with the Christmas rush, he was so accommodating, and nothing was a problem. I hope the company appreciates him, he's a real asset to your company, 5 star customer services.
So helpful in getting photos from phone to the machine for printing and setting up all the right sizes etc. Also in getting the right frame. Much appreciated 👍

I got lots of photos printed on a one hour service at the forestside store, for a funeral gathering. The male shop assistant with the beard was very kind and helpful, sensing that I was upset, without me having to tell him why. I was very grateful for the very sensitive and caring way he assisted me, at a very difficult time.
