Was in Bangor over tue weekend and saw a familiar brand. I’ve been in other Snappy Snaps locations before and thought I’d try this one in passing as I believe it’s fairly new. Was served by Chloe(?) who was very helpful and friendly even though I was only getting a single print and frame. Would definitely call in again if I find myself in Bangor in the future
Very unprofessional staff! Took pictures couple of times, didn't confirm with me which one I like, cut them chaotically with uneven corners and costs £16 for 4 passport photos!
Absolutely waste of time and money. Printed pictures in one of the machines which were meant to be 7x5 but came out much bigger. Was hopping that will get trimmed to the size when paid but didn’t happened. Been handled the envelope and that’s was the end of service. Very expensive as well, paid £10 for 11 pictures which I have to trim by myself now. Strongly not recommend.
Went to the bangor store today 8/1/25 and can’t get over how helpful and friendly Chloe is. She went above and beyond to help me with my order 😊. If more staff and people where like Chloe the world would be a better place. Thanks Chloe ☺️⭐️
