I can’t praise the staff enough for the effort they took in helping me with a visa I needed for Africa. The photo they took was no problem. The problem was with the visa accepting it! They went an above and beyond helping me getting it sorted. Am so grateful.
I had my own frame and got the photos from SS that did not fit well the first time. Fynn very kindly offered to replace them free of cost. Great experience of customer service.
Great service, knowledgeable staff. Needed a passport sized photo in a hurry and Snappy Snaps came through. I rang ahead and I was expected when I arrived. I was offered a choice of a couple of shots or a reshoot but they got it right first time. 4 good printed photos were produced while I waited and the JPEG image was emailed to my phone before I'd left the shop. It didn't quite work out for a specific country's (very fussy) passport and printing requirements with some watermarks and cutting issues. Feedback would be around quality checks and templates. I can't however fault the teams customer service and responsiveness, both in-store and follow up to resolve issues, so would still use again! Thank you
I needed a picture printed and framed and wasn't sure how it would look due to the picture dimensions being not a normal size. I went in and they were like No problem, we can do it. It turned out way better than I thought! Highly recommend them!
