Apparently the shop closes at 18:30pm and I was there at 17:50pm to take a couple of photocopies. The man working there refused to do it because will take some time. Just asking why the door was open then? Should a customer that is already inside the shop been served ? Very bad customer care.
Great service from Redwan and Samuel! They were both very patient and helpful with me and my requests! I went back to print more pictures! Simple, speedy service with great quality! Thank you both! :)
We bought a beautiful painting and were looking to frame it. Due to its much larger size, it was tricky and expensive to find a framer who would take it on. Redwan did a fantastic job, very reasonably priced, and really did justice to the piece. It’s perfect!
I've been to Snappy Snaps for document printing, photocopying, photo printing, and frames. Samuel, Redwan, and Sriram all do an amazing job at everything they do! They even printed an entire educational game card deck for me for which they manually cut every A6 and A7 card! I highly recommend them for your printing and photo needs!
The staff were friendly and the system was easy to navigate, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that the greeting cards are listed by their unfolded dimensions—meaning the actual printed area is much smaller than expected. This isn’t clearly communicated until after you're about to pay where they ask if you want to upgrade. Plus, the prices here were noticeably higher compared to central branches I’ve visited, which made the experience feel less worthwhile overall.
