I purchased a few photographs for re sizing. Lee wasn’t accommodating at all i mentioned ill be 5mins late he said it doesnt matter we will close on the dot. Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service. They need training.
Rachel spoke to me when I phoned to enquire what I wanted and if you could do it the same day. She said that if we came in before 3pm today she could be able to do want we wanted same day and until she saw it and knew what it looked like she may if she can do help us within 1 1/2 hours however when she has seen the photos and if they are quiet then it maybe sooner. I wish I can give it zero stars. The staff are so unprofessional. One of the ladies was just yapping away. Not even acknowledging customers and the one with the glasses with the blonde hair. She is absolutely useless. Asked for Australian passport picture and she's clicking on Austria. When I questioned her she said oh yeah sorry I was just checking checking what I asked for Australia. This review is way overdue. I’ve been going to Romford Snappy Snaps for the past year and had consistent great, if not amazing, service but this recent one tops it all. Great staff that smile all the time and are always happy to help. Would highly recommend
I would have given zero stars if I could. The lady with red / pink hair has zero absolutely zero customer service skills. We went there today to have our kids passport photo taken. As we walked in with two kids she rolled her eyes without even responding to my greeting. As we were waiting my son sneezed covering his mouth.
