I went to Snappy Snaps Aldgate this week and was served by Ashley she was amazing and represented the store very well! I came in to get some passport photos taken and also to print and frame a few pictures, and she made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and offered to help straight away. The service here is quick and kind. All the team members cares, especially Gianni whit is witty and caring attitude. I feel the prices line perfectly with the London's average. I will definitely use their services again.
Really kind and thoughtful service every time and very high quality film scans. Always feels like the team really cares and photos are treated with great care. You can't get high street shops like this any more and the team deserves a lot of credit. Thank you!
Terrible service! I came here for passport photos, and despite there being three employees, they barely acknowledged me. I even tried to lighten the atmosphere, but they were completely unreceptive. Honestly, it should have been the staff making me feel welcome, but that was absolutely not the case. The person taking my photo was extremely cold, made me retake the photos twice, and the final results were terrible. There was no guidance, no friendliness, nothing. This review only refers to the passport picture taking process, their prints service is completely fine. The picture of me made me doubt what I look like for the next couple of days. It made me want to cancel all my travel plans in the 10 years so that I don’t have to look at my passport photo. I did think maybe it’s just my fault but I went to another photographer the next day and he took a picture of me where I actually look like myself - not 20 years older and 20 pounds later.
