although the prices are attractive I don’t recommend using snappy snaps. I went there to develop films on two occasions, the first time I had to phone them to get my pictures sent to me and was told “oh yea all the pictures are bad you can’t see anything”, they printed physical copies despite the fact you could clearly see on the digital pictures that none of them were good. I always like to use Snappy Snaps, as no matter which store I have ever used, I have always received outstanding customer service, and today at Snappy Snaps Aldgate store, was no exception. The customer service provided to me by Roshani and her colleague was excellent, thoughtful and to the highest standards of putting the customer first. Would rate 0 stars if I could… please be careful using this service. They messed up my print order by neglecting to print all copies that I had requested, but still charged me for the full quote. When I pointed out this error to them (customer service rep was named David), I had already arrived at the event where the prints were needed. I asked for a resolution I.e., partial refund as they overcharged me, but I got completely ghosted and they made no effort to resolve the matter. The service here is quick and kind. All the team members cares, especially Gianni whit is witty and caring attitude. I feel the prices line perfectly with the London's average. I will definitely use their services again.
Great service at Snappy Snaps! I go here all the time to print my pictures and they always come out perfect. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the prints are always ready super fast. Definitely my go-to place for photo printing!
