I had a really good experience at Snappy Snaps Ealing. The staff were very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure everything was done properly and to a high standard. The service was quick, smooth, and well-organised, and I felt well looked after throughout.
I've used this shop a couple of times this week. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and treated every job with care. Once it was very close to closing time but superb service all the way! Highly recommended!!
Recently I have made several trips to this store following the unexpected passing of my mother. My family had discovered lots of old photos from my mum’s past, and I was nervous at the thought of handing these over for them to be digitally processed. I rarely do reviews but feel compelled to write one for the service we received on Saturday 20 Sept. Yogesh was just so lovely, informative and patient in helping us decide how to pull together a bundle of old black and white photographs into a birthday gift set of spinning cube, photo album and framed photo. Very efficient and practiced at passport photos. Shop's a bit small so it's in an out and move on! Good service though.
