I went to Snappy Snaps in Ealing Broadway to get colour scans of my passport pages printed. I already had the scans as PDF files. The lady serving us, Ilona, was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. She acted like merging PDFs or arranging them for double-sided printing was some impossible task and couldn’t be bothered to help properly. In the end, she had to ask her colleague (who unfortunately didn’t have a name tag) to actually do the job. Then came the payment and suddenly she wanted to charge extra for “converti... read more
I had a really good experience at Snappy Snaps Ealing. The staff were very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure everything was done properly and to a high standard. The service was quick, smooth, and well-organised, and I felt well looked after throughout.
I had a very disappointing experience at Snappy Snaps Ealing. The lady who served us was extremely rude and made us feel rushed throughout the entire visit. I understand that it can get busy, but that's no excuse for treating customers poorly, especially when they're bringing in their baby for their very first passport photo. I've used this shop a couple of times this week. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and treated every job with care. Once it was very close to closing time but superb service all the way! Highly recommended!!
Insanely inflated prices for film. A single 36 exp roll of Kodak Gold 200 is selling for £25 when most sell for around £12. Even on the company's own website this is selling for £18 - so you're paying around a 40% premium to buy this in-store. Regretfully needed it next day otherwise there's no chance I would've paid it. Go elsewhere or get your film online.
