I visited this branch two years ago to have my passport photos taken and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me in his mid 50s was rude and made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. He took photos before I was ready and, when I politely asked if they could be retaken, he refused. I explained that I was unhappy with the pictures, but no alternative or solution was offered. I usually don’t leave negative feedback, but I felt I had to share this experience as it made me very uncomfortable. Very rude people especially the guy with the glasses unprofessional staff. I went in just to print a paper and was quoted £3.10, which is an outrageous price for something so basic where I print few shop down from this place is cost me £1.50. Great service at Snappy Snaps. Sebastian was very helpful, quick, and efficient in helping us print documents and produce a visa photo. He was also excellent with our 1-year-old, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
